Uberemployers.com’s message is positive.

The structure and intent of Uberemployers.com is to promote positive feedback about one’s employer. We provide a showcase for “Uber Employers” by allowing employees to nominate their employer and tell us why it’s a great place to work.

What about negative comments or ratings?

We want Uberemployers to be a balanced report of what it’s like to work for an employer. Sometimes negative feedback is posted which allows Uber employers to be aware of it and address it on the site and internally. Malicious attacks without basis are not tolerated. Essentially, the Uber employers in the Okanagan welcome all feedback as it gives them honest feedback to become Uber’er.

I'm an employer and I would like to list my details.

As an employer who would like to be listed on Uberemployers.com you should approach your staff and ask them to nominate you as an Uber Employer. You may of course nominate yourself, but beware of what you post as any “gushy” marketing message will be recognized for what it is which is shameless self promotion (Yes, “shameless.”)

I have concerns about being rated.

Here’s the thing. These conversations exist already. We are just giving you the chance to hear them. You don’t like being blindsided do you? Didn’t think so.
